Test N' Tune Postponed Once Again; Next Attempt Tuesday, April 4th

Unfortunately, the Tyler County Speedway is forced to postpone Test N’ Tune once again. Originally postponed from Saturday, April 1 to Sunday, April the 2nd, the weather gods thought otherwise as lingering and persistent rain showers throughout the day on Saturday left track staff’s effort to properly prep the racing surface futile.

Along with a very soft pit area the Hometown Racing Association made the difficult decision to postpone and will now look to a Tuesday Evening, April 4th Test N’ Tune to attempt turning some laps around the ‘Bullring’ before Opening Night. A more favorable week of weather is expected thus allowing for some much needed drying out and we can hopefully put the disappointing spring weather in the rear view mirror.

The Joe Dirt 100 will not be made up but the next Enduro at the ‘Bullring’ is scheduled in just a couple of weeks on Sunday, April 23rd.

We hope you’ll make plans to join us on Tuesday as gates will open at 5pm with open practice slated for 6pm-9pm. General admission is FREE with pit passes priced at $25. Concessions will be available as well, so come on out and enjoy your first look at the new race cars.

For more information visit us on the web at www.tylercountyspeedwayonline.com or call 304-771-5661. Tyler County Speedway is located 3 ½ miles South of Middlebourne, WV on State Route 18 at the Tyler County Fairgrounds.
