'King of the Karts' Canceled at Tyler County Speedway
Speedway officials have made the difficult decision to cancel the ‘King of Karts’ scheduled for Saturday Night, May 28th. After a steady dose of the wet stuff for a few days, more overnight rain, early morning drizzle and coupled with cloudy cool conditions it left little time for proper drying of the facility for tonights action.
The Flat Karts will return to the ‘Little Bullring’ on Wednesday, Aug. 3rd as part of the Annual Tyler County Fair and once again on Sunday, Aug. 28th as we kick off Hillbilly 100 week.
The Tyler County Speedway will present the ‘Legends of the Ring’ featuring the Earl Hill Memorial and Dickson Classic on Sunday evening, May 29th with gates opening at 4pm, wedges at 6pm and hotlaps/qualifying getting underway at 6:45.
