What time do the races start?
Gates Open At 4:00pm, hot laps begin at 6:45, heat races at 7:30 and typically our race program ends around 11:00pm. Please check our schedule to verify special events.
What is your policy on bringing coolers and alcohol?
Coolers are allowed but they must be no larger than 14 inches and may not contain glass bottles. Beer is allowed but we do not sell at speedway.
Do you have handicap parking and seating?
Yes. Handicap parking and seating are available.
Do you charge for parking?
Parking is always free at the Bullring! However, come early for the premium spots
Is there Camping?
Yes! Camping is available on site at the spacious Tyler County Fairgrounds. Some hookups are available, for more information contact the Tyler County Fair Association at 304-771-8216.
What kind of cars race at Tyler County Speedway?
The Bullring races six different weekly divisions on Saturday Night! The Divisions are: Super Late Models, RUSH Crate Late Models, UMP Modifieds, EDGE Hotmods, Sportmods, SCDRA 4-Cylinders and youth MWRA Mini Wedges.
What happens if it rains?
Tyler County Speedway officials do everything possible to get the races in but if it does rain out, we will offer a rain check for the next equal event.
What about Seating Options and Reserved Seating?
The Bullring features bleacher seating, bring a cushion or blanket if you have one. Reserved seating is available on select special events (Top 4 Rows). Also reserved seats are available with a season pass. Otherwise, seating is on a first come first serve basis.
Do you have souvenirs?
Souvenirs are located behind the main grandstand as we have a fully stocked track-side store for all of your Bullring needs!
Is there an autograph session so that we can meet the drivers?
Each feature winner will sign autographs in victory lane behind the main grandstand after their race. Hint – bring the checkered flag!
Can I reserve a VIP Suite for a company party?
VIP facilities are available and are perfect for corporate events & parties. Contact us at 304-546-8835
Do you offer discounts?
Tyler County Speedway offers several events throughout the year to honor our loyal fan base with unique promotions that present a significant value such as Pack the Track FREE Night, etc.
I have won or been given free tickets, are there any restrictions on their use?
Free tickets or giveaways are typically good for any regularly scheduled event and if it’s a special event just pay the difference between free ticket value and special event price.
How old do you have to be to enter the pits?
All ages are welcome in the pits at Tyler County Speedway. If you are under 18 you must have a parent present to sign a minor release form.
What Type of Food Do You Serve in the Concessions? Cheeseburgers, Hot Dogs, Famous Coleman’s Fish Sandwich, French Fries, “Mountaineer” Fries, Chili Cheese Fries, Nachos & Cheese, Pulled Pork, Chicken Tenders, Fresh Hot Pizza, Best Popcorn in the East, Sweet Tea, Pepsi Products, Candy Bars and of course our Trackside Treats Ice Cream Stand!
