Monster Truck Invasion at the Tyler County Speedway Set to Thrill Fans

A huge night of family fun will await patrons to the Tyler County Speedway this Saturday Night, June 22nd. The Monster Truck Racing League is coming to town and will feature ‘Monster Mayhem’ on the high banks of America’s Baddest Bullring. Catch the famous and as seen on TV, Wolf’s Head, FTI Torque and everyone’s favorite Fluffy in car crushing action. Plus enjoy the pre-event ‘Pit Party’ where you can meet and greet the drivers and take pictures of all the trucks prior to the action getting underway. Also Monster Truck rides will also be available for that one of a kind experience.

Gates open at 3pm, with Pit Party getting underway at 3:30-5:30 and the action takes to the track at 6. Adult general admission is just $12, while kids 3-10 are priced at $7 and kids 2 and under are free.

Not only will the Monster Trucks be headlining, but a great night of short track racing is also on the docket. Starting off with the youth league of auto racing and one of their biggest shows of the summer. The ‘Next Gen 400’ will see the two divisions square off with a big check, just like the big boys get, up for grabs along with $400 purse money up for grabs courtesy of Gear 2 Graphics in Middlebourne and Appalachian Mineral Title Company.

The Sigler Fabrication EDGE Hotmods will square off in the ‘Pit Crew Challenge’ while also being the 2nd Workin’ Man World Championship Qualifier event of the season. A very unique event as the Hotmods will race in a 20 lap feature. At the race midway point the Cam Safety Caution Flag will waive freezing the field. At this point the Pit Crews will change one tire and the field will realign for the second half of the race by how fast their crew gets them back on the track. The mighty Modlites and the Bullring Bombers will also be in action.
