Hillbilly Qualifiers and Season Championships to Be Decided Saturday at Americas Baddest Bullringadmin
(Middlebourne, WV) A highly competitive season is quickly winding down at America’s Baddest Bullring. Be sure to join us this Saturday Night, August 18th at the Tyler County Speedway as we crown our deserving 2018 track champions. Also on the action packed card will be the Annual Hillbilly Qualifiers in all divisions as local teams will look to be the first to punch their tickets into the 50th Annual Hillbilly 100.
It is also Leg #6 of the ‘Road to the 50th Hillbilly Mini Series’, which will award the top five point runners in the seven race series. Currently Parkersburg, WV’s Tyler Carpenter leads the way in first place.

2018 Road to the 50th Hillbilly Mini Series Point Fund: 1st place $2,000 cash + guaranteed starting spot in Hillbilly, 2nd place $1,200 cash, 3rd place $1000 cash, 4th place $800 cash, 5th place $500 cash
The Hometown Racing Association is also pleased to induct the first class into the Tyler County Speedway Bull Ring of Honor. Those being honored and recognized this Saturday include the late Earl Hill and Bud Weigle along with Butch McGill, Frank Wilson, Bud & Marshall Doll and Sonny Spencer.
Gates will open at 4pm, with Gear 2 MWRA Mini Wedges getting started at 6pm with hotlaps and qualifying getting underway at 6:45 and racing taking the green flag at 7:30. General admission is just $12 with children 10 and under free and pit admission is priced at $30.
